Might be good for children or teenagers. Its a memory foam bed with steel spring coils that you can feel when you reach underneath the memory foam part of the bed, nothing special at this price point. The top is very soft to the point where you lean on it, it sinks pretty easily. Haven’t had any back problems so far, decent bed for the special buy price.
Does feel warmer than I had hoped but quite comfy, bouncy like an older days type of mattress even, which is pretty cool. Curious as to how long it may last so we will see. But a good mattress for sure minus the heat thing. Bought one for myself and my son insisted we give it to him.

My husband and I prefer a firm mattress. My paperwork shows that I purchased a Sealy Copper II Firm queen mattress set. I don't find this model listed on your site though. I selected Hybrid-performance and hope that works. Many mattresses offered at Home Depot do a good job with cooling. Some of the less expensive varieties may have increased issues at times.

Box fits in the backseat of a compact car if you are picking up it up. After sleeping on this mattress for a couple of weeks, I have no complaints. It is super comfortable, the right level of firmness for a stomach sleeper like myself, I get the support I need without the discomfort of the mattress being too firm. The box was a little damaged and was very heavy but, I found no issues with the mattress itself after unboxing it, and it inflated to the full size relatively quickly.

Most mattress manufacturers will not honor their warranty if they find out that a mattress and box-spring has not been setup with proper center support/s. The mattress came in a box double wrapped in air tight packaging. Upon carefully removing the first layer of wrap the mattress was ready for careful cutting of the "shrink" wrap. Once the airtight second layer was cut into the mattress began expanding. The remaining packaging was quickly removed and the mattress expanded to its full size right away.
As an adult (~190 lbs) who likes a firmer mattress, I might find them a bit on the soft side, but honestly, I haven't tried sleeping on it, so I can't really say. I doubt I would order a no-name brand online. Luckilly, everything worked out well and they're real happy. I expect these are the last mattresses we'll buy for them.

If your setup looks like above then getting a center support may not fix the problem with your current mattress and box-springs. If the mattress and box-springs are new the problem should be fixed right away to prevent any future problems with warranty and/or sagging mattress set. All full, queen and king size beds or frames should have proper center supports to prevent sagging.
If you feel like you are rolling towards the center in your mattress or if the mattress sags in the middle, it could be from lacking a proper center support. Most beds have slats but not all have slats with legs to give it enough support to prevent sagging. Some frames don't have a center support, most full size frames don't come with a center support even though they should in my opinion.
